About The Founder

I’m Kenna, a movement trainer + lifestyle coach, photographer, and community builder based in Phoenix, Arizona.

My relationship with fitness has not always been healthy.

I’ve been very small. I’ve been in a bigger body. I’ve pushed too hard. I’ve ignored what my body was asking for. I’ve used discipline as punishment and convinced myself that being harder on myself meant I was doing better.

For a long time, I treated my body like something I had to control, fix, or earn my way into feeling good about. I know what it feels like to live at both ends of that spectrum.

And over time, I found my way toward something that feels much more sustainable: strength without obsession, structure without punishment, and a relationship with my body that actually feels like a relationship.

That is where my work comes from. Not from perfection… but from lived experience.

Creativity has always been another way I’ve made sense of myself and the world. That’s where Embodied Visuals was born — out of my love for photography, storytelling, and helping people feel seen in a way that feels honest and real. It became a space for me to translate connection, identity, and emotion into something visual.

And DVTN Movement was born from the other side of that same story.

From everything I had lived through in fitness.
From learning what it felt like to disconnect from my body, push past it, criticize it, and then slowly learn how to come back to it.

DVTN is rooted in devotion to the body you live in.

Not obsession, punishment, or perfection.

Devotion.

Today, I care deeply about helping women get stronger while also learning how to understand, trust, and work with their bodies more deeply.

My approach blends functional strength training, foundational movement, mobility, Pilates, yoga-informed movement, lifestyle coaching, and body awareness.

But.. the goal is bigger than the workout.

I want you to know your body. To understand how it moves, recognize what it needs, and feel capable inside of it.

To challenge yourself without abandoning yourself, care about your health without making fitness your entire life, and build habits you can actually live with. To become someone you can rely on, even when things are not perfect.

Because I don’t believe health should come from being at war with yourself.

I believe strength can come from self-respect, movement can become a way to reconnect with yourself.. and taking care of your body can become something rooted in devotion rather than punishment.

My work is about helping women build a stronger body and a deeper relationship with the person living inside it.

Because your body is not just something to train.. it is the place you get to live your life.

Along the way…
