Get stronger. Move better. Feel more at home in your body.

Functional strength, mobility + lifestyle coaching for women who want to get stronger, move better, and understand their bodies on a completely different level.

This is bigger than a workout..

I don't want you to leave our work simply knowing how to squat better or lift more weight.

I want you to know your body differently. To understand how it moves, recognize what it needs, and to know when you need more strength, more mobility, more recovery, or more challenge.

To notice the difference between discomfort and pain. To understand your patterns instead of feeling confused by them.

To trust yourself enough to make decisions about your body without constantly needing someone else to tell you what is right.

The relationship you have with your body affects so much more than what happens in the gym..

It affects how confidently you move through the world.

How willing you are to challenge yourself, how you care for yourself, how you respond when something feels hard, and how much of your life you believe your body is capable of experiencing.

The training is part of the work. Knowing yourself through your body is the bigger work.

A whole-body approach to strength.

Your body doesn't exist inside one modality, so I don't train it that way. My approach draws from:

Functional strength training
Building strength that transfers into everyday movement and real life.

Foundational strength
Developing the stability, control, coordination, and movement patterns that give everything else somewhere solid to build from.

Mobility
Creating usable range of motion — not simply becoming more flexible, but becoming strong and confident within the ranges your body has access to.

Pilates-informed movement
Developing control, awareness, alignment, stability, and connection.

Yoga + intentional movement
Exploring your body through range, breath, balance, awareness, and movement variability.

Lifestyle + recovery
Looking beyond the workout at the habits, stress, rest, routines, and choices affecting how your body actually feels.

There isn't one perfect way your body needs to move.

We're learning what makes your body stronger, more capable, and better supported.

The goal is body literacy.

I want you to become fluent in your own body. Not obsessed with it, not afraid of it, and not constantly trying to fix it.. but fluent in it.

That means..

  • Knowing what you're feeling and having language for it.

  • Understanding why we're doing what we're doing.

  • Recognizing your own movement patterns.

  • Learning how your body responds to different kinds of training.

  • Knowing how to modify instead of automatically quitting.

  • Knowing when to push and when something needs attention.

  • Understanding the relationship between strength, mobility, stability, recovery, stress, and the way you live.

  • Becoming confident enough that your body stops feeling like something mysterious happening to you.. it becomes something you know how to be in relationship with.

About Kenna

About Kenna

HI! I’m Kenna. I'm a movement trainer + lifestyle coach and creative with an approach rooted in functional strength, mobility, foundational movement, body awareness, and the belief that your health should support your life rather than consume it.

I use strength training, mobility work, yoga, Pilates and lifestyle coaching because bodies are complex — and I don't believe one modality has every answer.

But the modality isn't really the point.. the relationship is.

My job is to pay attention.

To see how you move, understand your patterns, teach you what I'm seeing, and challenge you where you're ready.

To slow things down where understanding matters more than intensity.

And eventually, to help you become far more knowledgeable and confident in your own body than when we started… because I don't want you to need me forever.

I want you to walk away knowing:

This is my body. I understand it. I know how to work with it. And I trust myself inside of it.

My Philosophies

  • Strength should make you feel more capable in your life, not more at war with your body.

  • Fitness should support your life, not consume it.

  • Consistency is not perfection.. it’s learning how to return.

  • You can want to change without hating who you are now.

  • Confidence is not just how your body looks. It is how you inhabit it.

  • You are allowed to feel strong, sexy, powerful, soft, feminine, athletic—or all of it at once.

  • Movement should help you trust your body, take up space, and feel more like yourself.

  • The goal isn’t just a stronger body. It’s becoming someone who feels at home inside of it.

Know your body deeply enough to trust it.

Strengthen it enough to rely on it.

Build a life that lets you actually use it.
