DEVOTION TO THE BODY YOU LIVE IN.
DVTN is my approach to strength, movement, and building a relationship with your body that actually feels good to live in.
It's rooted in devotion—not punishment.
Devotion to getting stronger. To moving well. To building muscle. To feeling confident and sexy. To taking care of yourself in a way that supports the life you actually want to live..
Because I don't believe wanting to change your body means you have to hate the one you have now.
You can have aesthetic goals and care about longevity.
You can push yourself and know when to rest.
You can want muscle, mobility, energy, confidence, a poppin' booty, and a healthier relationship with your body.
It doesn't have to be one or the other.. which is what DVTN stands for.
Strength without punishment. Goals without obsession. Devotion without perfection.
How you feel in your body doesn't stay inside the gym.. it follows you into how you dress, how you take up space, how you connect with people, how you experience intimacy, and how confidently you move through your life.
We're not just building stronger bodies.
We're building women who feel strong, capable, confident, sexy, and alive inside of them.
Build strength. Move better. Know your body.
My movement work is designed to help you build functional strength, improve mobility, and develop a deeper relationship with the body you live in.
Whether you join me in a group class or work with me 1:1, the goal is the same: to help you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in how your body moves.
My approach may include functional strength training, foundational movement, mobility, Pilates, yoga-informed work, conditioning, and body awareness.

HOW WE MOVE
My approach combines functional strength training, mobility, Pilates-inspired movement, yoga, and body awareness.
That means we'll squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, carry, rotate, stabilize, and move through different planes—not just because they're exercises, but because they're patterns your body uses in real life.
I care about form. I care about strength. I care about progressive overload.
But I also care about how your body actually moves.
Your proportions. Your mobility. Your history. Your goals. Your energy. Your life.
There is no single "right" way every body should move.
We learn yours.
My body has lived a few lives, too.
I didn't find movement because I had some perfect relationship with my body.
I've been the girl who felt "skinny fat" and uncomfortable in her skin.
I've been the girl who thought smaller was better—and became a literal stick trying to get there.
And now?
I'm stronger. I eat more. I train differently. I rest. I take care of my body. I feel sexy. I feel capable. And ironically, I like my body more now than I ever did when I was trying the hardest to change it.
THEN
I wanted to look better.
Movement was largely about changing my body.
I thought being leaner, doing more, eating less, and pushing harder would eventually get me to the place where I'd finally feel confident.
It didn't.
THEN, AGAIN
I got smaller. But I didn't get happier.
At one point, I had the body I thought I was supposed to want.
I was tiny.
But being smaller didn't magically make me confident, connected, healthy, or at home in myself.
If anything, it taught me that chasing a body without building a relationship with the woman inside of it will only take you so far.
NOW
I train to build myself, not shrink myself.
Today, movement means something completely different to me.
I want muscle. Energy. Mobility. Confidence. A healthy relationship with food. A regulated nervous system. A body that can do cool shit.
And yeah—I want to feel fucking sexy in it too.
I'm not interested in pretending aesthetics don't matter. You're allowed to want to change your body.
I just don't believe you need to hate yourself into becoming her.
That's why I teach and train the way I do now.
Strength without punishment.
Goals without obsession.
Structure without perfection.
Confidence that reaches way beyond the gym.
Because the strongest I've ever felt isn't the smallest I've ever been.
It's the most at home I've ever been in myself.
THE PLACE THAT CHANGED HOW I MOVE
My relationship with Haia started as a student.
And honestly, Katonah Yoga® threw me for a fucking loop.
I had spent years moving my body, working out, practicing yoga, and thinking I knew myself pretty well physically. Then I walked into this practice that asked me to look at my body completely differently.
Not just can I do this pose?
But—how am I actually organizing myself inside of it? Where am I compensating? Where am I gripping? Where am I avoiding? What happens when I stop forcing my body into a shape and actually start listening to what it's telling me?
I started learning things about my own body I had never noticed before.
And somewhere along the way, movement became less about what my body looked like and more about how deeply I could inhabit it.
That was embodiment in a way I hadn't experienced before.
Haia became a place where I could be a student again. I learned from Katonah, Pilates, strength, alignment, breath, incredible teachers, and simply paying closer attention to myself.
Eventually, I stepped onto the other side of the room and started teaching there too.
And so much of what I learned inside those walls has shaped the way I teach through DVTN today.
I still love lifting heavy. I want muscle. I want strength. I want a poppin' booty. ;)
But I also want to know my body.
I want to move well. Stay curious. Notice my patterns. Understand when to push and when something needs to change. And I want the women I work with to develop that same relationship with themselves.
DVTN is my philosophy. Haia helped me discover so much of what that philosophy actually means.
It's still one of the places I get to practice it, teach it, and keep learning it myself.
Where do I start?
You don't need to know exactly what you need before you start.
DVTN is designed to meet you where you are—and there are a few ways into the work.
-
If you want to move, get stronger, and experience the way I teach.
Classes are the easiest place to start. Come move with me, learn how I approach strength and movement, and start building a more consistent relationship with your body.
You don't need to be "in shape." You don't need to know what you're doing. Just come as you are.
This is probably your first step if: you want community, structure, a great workout, or you're simply curious about working with me.
-
Personal training gives us the space to actually look at you—your goals, movement patterns, strength, mobility, limitations, lifestyle, and what you want to feel or change.
Maybe you want to build muscle. Feel stronger. Learn how to lift. Improve mobility. Get more confident in the gym. Work around pain or limitations. Or finally have a plan instead of piecing together random workouts.
This is where we get specific.
This is probably for you if: you're ready for more individualized attention, accountability, progression, and a plan that makes sense for your body and your life
-
This is where lifestyle coaching comes in.
Because eventually, we usually realize the workout isn't the whole conversation.
It's your routines. Food. Sleep. Stress. Confidence. Relationship with your body. Consistency. Self-trust. The way you care for yourself when life gets busy. The way you keep coming back instead of starting over.
Lifestyle coaching is for the woman who wants support beyond what we're doing in the gym.
We look at the whole picture and build a way of living that actually supports the woman you're becoming.
This is probably for you if: you know what to do physically, but you're ready to change the way you live, care for yourself, and show up for yourself outside of training too.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO FOLLOW THE ORDER.
A lot of women meet me in class, move into 1:1 training, and eventually realize they want support beyond movement.
Others come straight into personal training.
Others already know the deeper work is what they're looking for.
There isn't a right entry point. There's just the level of support you need right now.
If you're new here and you're not sure?
Come take a class.
We'll start there.
