      We begin by creating a safe, grounded space through breath and a short meditation. Then, we enter into a free-flow movement journey guided by your personally curated playlist. This is your moment to feel—fully. I gently guide you into your body, helping you release what's no longer serving and call in the energy you want to embody. Some sessions are tender, some fiery.. every woman’s journey looks different, and that’s exactly the point.

    • Part Two: Expression in Form
      Once you’ve arrived in your body, we shift into the second phase. With an outfit change and a new playlist, we move into confident posing, playful energy, and radiant expression. This is where your power shines. You’re no longer thinking about how to show up—you are showing up. It’s not just about the images, it’s about how you feel while being captured.

    • RAW images are sent to you upon upload for you to choose which edits you would like!
