Hi, I’m Kenna — a somatic guide, photographer, yoga teacher, and mentor devoted to helping women come back home to themselves.
After years of trying to fit into boxes that never felt quite right, I reclaimed my voice, my power, and my softness. Now, I guide others to do the same — through embodiment, nervous system healing, movement, breath, and personal expression.
I’ve built a business rooted in freedom, and I lead from lived experience — not just strategy. Whether behind the camera or in a sacred circle, I create spaces where women feel safe to unravel, to rise, and to be fully seen.
