A 6-month container for founders, coaches, healers, and creatives who are ready to build a brand, business, and reputation that people instantly recognize, trust, and remember.

We do this by strengthening the one relationship every successful business is built on—the relationship you have with yourself.

The Edge is a 6-month group coaching container for founders, coaches, healers, and creatives who are tired of feeling disconnected from themselves—and watching that disconnect show up in their body, their relationships, and their work.

This isn't a fitness program. It isn't business coaching. And it isn't another mindset course.

It's a live container where embodiment, identity, and brand are built together—because you can't create an aligned business from a version of yourself you've outgrown.

Inside, we move in the order your system actually needs: body first, identity second, expression third. Through movement, breathwork, Human Design, astrology, coaching, and brand strategy, you'll understand how you're uniquely wired, release patterns that no longer serve you, and build a life and body of work that reflects who you've become.

The problem isn't that you need more strategy.. it's that no strategy can create a life that feels good if you're still disconnected from yourself.

The result isn't just a clearer brand or a stronger business..

It's becoming a woman who moves through life with clarity, conviction, and self-leadership—so your body, your relationships, your work, and your business finally begin pulling in the same direction.

1. You’ve invested, but you keep searching.

You've spent thousands on courses, certifications, mentors, and masterminds—but you still find yourself wondering why everything you've learned hasn't translated into the business and life you know you're capable of.

2. Your business no longer reflects the depth of your work.

You've rebranded, rewritten your messaging, or changed direction more than once because you're still trying to communicate what you really do in a way people instantly understand.

3. You know exactly what to do... until it's time to do it.

You write the post, record the reel, map out the offer, or get excited about an idea—then convince yourself it's not quite ready and never hit publish.

4. You're everyone else's guide—but not your own.

People come to you for clarity, advice, and support, yet behind the scenes you're still overthinking your own decisions and looking outside yourself for certainty.

5. The success you've built doesn't feel the way you thought it would.

Your business has grown, but somewhere along the way you've stopped feeling connected to yourself—and your work no longer feels as energizing, meaningful, or fulfilling as it once did.

You know how you want your impact to feel. You just don’t have words yet..

  • You've built something meaningful, but it no longer feels like you.

  • Your business has grown, but it no longer feels aligned with who you've become.

  • You've outgrown the business you once dreamed of building.

  • Your business works—but it no longer feels like home.

  • You've grown, but your business hasn't grown with you.

  • Waking up with the energy to lead your life and business instead of constantly playing catch-up.

  • Building consistent momentum because you stop second-guessing yourself, changing direction, and starting over.

  • Becoming known for work that feels unmistakably yours—with a brand, message, and presence people instantly recognize and trust.

  • Running a business that supports your life instead of consuming it, so success finally feels as good as you imagined it would.

  • Feeling deeply connected to yourself again—so the woman you are and the life you're living finally match.

The EDGE method is the framework we follow together to close the gap between who you are internally and how you show up externally. Most people live in that gap.. they know they are powerful and feel the calling to be service-led, but when it actually comes time to be, the body pulls back.

We start with your body. Yoga, breathwork, somatic practices, and a daily devotional that settles your nervous system into truth. We also look honestly at your physical foundation — how you are moving, eating, and resting — and rebuild it around what actually works for you. You cannot hear yourself clearly from a body you are at war with. We start here because everything else depends on it.

Once you are back in your body, we get honest about who you actually are. Using Human Design and astrology as frameworks, we uncover how you are uniquely wired, where you have been performing an identity that no longer fits, and what you actually value underneath all the noise. This is identity work. Not branding. The brand clarity comes because you did this first.

This is where the inner work becomes your outer world. We take everything from Embody and Define and begin translating it into your brand — your message, your offers, your presence, your direction. We build the structures that support the woman you are becoming and lay the foundation for how you show up publicly. From self-trust, not performance.

From an embodied, defined, grounded foundation — you are finally ready to express. Your brand, your voice, your content, your visibility. But more than that — you have a body you feel good in, a life that actually feels like yours, and a business that reflects who you have become. Showing up stops feeling heavy and starts feeling like the most natural thing in the world — because for the first time it is actually coming from you.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU..

  • Are a therapist, coach, healer or founder who gives everything to your work and has nothing left for yourself

  • Have done the inner work (or are actively in it) and are wondering why some things still aren’t shifting for you

  • Have put your body last on the list for too long and you feel it everywhere

  • Feel the gap between who you are and how you show up online and in real life

  • Have offers (or ideas), but you don’t feel fully clear, grounded, or expressed

  • Are tired of overthinking content, messaging, and next steps

  • Know you have outgrown how you are living/showing up and you are ready to do something about it

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF..

  • You’re looking for plug-and-play content strategies

  • You want a prescriptive plan to follow

  • You want fast results without self-responsibility

  • You’re not willing to be seen, challenged, and stretched

  • You’re still waiting to feel “ready” before you show up

This work requires honesty, presence, and willingness.

Why I created The Edge

I’m Kenna — a life + brand coach for intuitive founders who feel called to make a deep impact with their work and life purpose, but don’t want to abandon themselves to do it.

My work sits at the intersection of embodiment, identity, and brand strategy. I help women understand how they actually operate — in their bodies, their decision-making, and their expression — so their brands and lives come from clarity instead of force.

I’ve spent years working with founders in many different industries and spaces, and I’ve seen the same pattern over and over again: women who are thoughtful, capable, and deeply self-aware, yet feel stuck or inconsistent when it comes time to show up. Not because they lack discipline or strategy — but because the way they’re being told to show up doesn’t fit them anymore.

I know this because I’ve lived it.

Not just through watching other women struggle — through being one of them.

I spent years at war with my own body. Depriving myself of food. Moving to punish instead of to feel. Showing up in my business performing a version of myself I thought would be enough — building offers from ego, pivoting when they did not land, starting over more times than I want to count. I was certified, trained, deep in the wellness world — and still completely disconnected from myself.

The journey back was not linear. It was years of trial and error, of coming back to myself over and over again, of learning what it actually means to be devoted to your own body and your own truth when the industry keeps telling you to do more, optimize more, show up more.

What I learned — in my own flesh, through my own unlearning — is that nothing works when your body is not on board and your identity is not clear. No strategy. No offer. No amount of showing up.

I also learned that integrity as a provider means taking your time. Scratching the offer when you realize it was built from ego. Waiting until what you are putting out into the world is something you have actually lived. Devoting yourself to your own health, your own body, your own becoming — not because it looks good, but because it is the only way to teach what is real.

That is what led me to create The Edge.

The Edge is the container I wish existed when I was pushing through resistance instead of listening to it. It brings embodiment before action, self-understanding before strategy, and honesty before visibility — so you can build a body, a brand, and a life that are genuinely yours.

This is not about becoming louder or doing more. It is about learning how you actually work — and building everything from there.

  • A body that gives you the energy to lead your business—instead of constantly trying to catch up with yourself.

  • Clarity on who you are and what you're here to build—so you stop second-guessing every decision and changing direction.

  • A way of caring for yourself that actually lasts—so success no longer comes at the expense of your health.

  • The confidence to trust your own decisions—so you stop looking outside yourself for permission.

  • The ability to show up consistently—so your business can finally build momentum.

  • A message that people instantly understand and remember—so the right clients know exactly why they need you.

  • Clear offers and direction—so selling feels natural instead of something you have to convince people to do.

  • A business that supports your life instead of consuming it—so the success you're building is something you actually get to enjoy.

And most importantly…

You will not be stuck in the loop anymore.

Not the one that keeps you skipping your workout because you are so exhausted from pouring into everyone else. Not the one that has you standing in the kitchen negotiating with yourself on if you should eat or not. Not the one that keeps you circling the same patterns, the same starting points, the same version of yourself you have been trying to move past for years.

You will just know how to show up. For your body. For your work. For your life.

By the end of The Edge you will not just have clarity — you will have the capacity to hold it, live it, and build from it without it slipping away the moment things get hard.

Hear from past clients..

  • Maya | Embodiment Coach

Kenna is an absolute QUEEN at everything she does and I KNEW this was exactly what I needed before even starting. I needed to integrate systems, strategy and really just execute when it came to the things I already was and wanted to create. I needed the accountability and mirror to give me the push into what I knew I was ready to integrate into my business.

  • Taylor | Breathwork Facilitator

Before joining The Edge, my business was feeling a bit chaotic. I was in the middle of pivoting and while I had an idea of the direction I wanted to go, things still felt murky. I was struggling to find clarity on how I wanted this new era of my business to take shape. I was also struggling to show up consistently online and was feeling disconnected from my creativity.

During the container, I gained so much clarity. The daily embodiment practices helped me create space for insights and downloads. I now have a clear plan for the direction I want to go in my business and it's really brought my excitement back to do the work I'm doing. It's given me momentum to implement things and create in ways I never have before. I also feel more deeply connected to my purpose and the legacy I'm here to leave. It also helped me step deeper into my authority and knowing that I'm meant to do this work.

If you're thinking about it - what are you waiting for!? This container is like no other, Kenna does such a beautiful job at creating this space. It's going to push you to your edges and beyond, and from it the most beautiful things are going to happen. You're not only going to realize what you're capable of, but you're going to feel more lit up to fully step into that than you have in years. If you know you're meant for more and you're finally ready to explore that, this is the perfect container for you.

And one more thing…

As a woman inside The Edge, you’re not just growing in the day-to-day—you’re being invited into a deeper initiation.

Every member of this membership receives a special, private invitation to join me in Phoenix October 1-4. 2026 for Unveiled: The Women’s Retreat at an exclusive discounted rate.

This retreat is where everything you’ve been integrating inside The Edge lands in your body. It’s where your clarity deepens, your expression expands, and you meet yourself in a way that only the desert can hold.

Because you’re in the first cohort, you receive priority access to the 6 available spots before the public launch, along with a reduced rate as a thank-you for saying yes to this work early.

It’s an opportunity to step into the desert, unplug from the noise, move through embodiment practices, receive transformative photos, connect with other women walking this journey beside you—and fully unveil who you’re becoming.

This retreat is not required, but for many women, it becomes the moment everything clicks into place.

Q: How do I know if The Edge is right for me?

A: If you are a therapist, coach, healer, creative, or practitioner who is exceptional at your work and has been quietly running on empty doing it — you are in the right place. If you feel disconnected from your body, stuck in the same patterns, and ready to finally show up for yourself the way you show up for everyone else — this container is for you. You do not need to have it all figured out. You just need to be ready to start where it actually starts.

Q: What if I am not a business owner?

A: The Edge is not primarily a business program. It is a life and embodiment container. Whether you have an established business, are building one, or are simply a woman in a high-responsibility role who is ready to stop abandoning herself — you belong here. The brand and business clarity is an outcome of the work, not a requirement to enter.

Q: What if I am new to embodiment work, yoga, or breathwork?

A: You do not need any prior experience. Everything inside The Edge is designed to meet you exactly where you are. The practices are accessible, the pace is spacious, and you will never be pushed faster than your nervous system can actually hold. Openness is the only requirement.

Q: What does a typical month look like inside the Edge?

A: Three live calls per month on Zoom — two group coaching and hot seat calls where you bring what is actually happening in your body, your life, and your work, and one teaching or facilitated experience with a curated guest speaker. Between calls, the Telegram community keeps the work alive daily. You also have access to a Notion portal with brand and business resources to move through at your own pace.

Q: What if I can’t make the calls live?

A: Every session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. The recordings will be uploaded in our private Notion portal. While attending live is powerful, the integration work, Notion portal, and community support ensure you can still receive the full transformation.

Q: How much time will I need each week?

A: The container is designed to support your life, not take it over. Plan for the live calls twice a month plus whatever time you give to your daily devotion practice and the Telegram community. This is spacious by design — because a woman who is already running on empty does not need another thing demanding more from her.

Q: What exactly will I walk away with?

A: You’ll move through three layers of expansion:

  1. Understanding of your self + your purpose through your habits and your body

  2. Deepening your understanding of your identity through HD and Astrology

  3. Implementation, business structure and embodiment

It’s the blend of embodiment and true structure that creates deep clarity.

Q: What makes The Edge different from other business programs?

A: Most business programs assume the problem is your strategy… but I don't. I believe your business reflects the relationship you have with yourself. That's why we don't start with your content, your offers, or your marketing. We start with you. Because the goal isn't just to build a successful business.. it's to build one that no longer requires you to abandon yourself to keep it alive.

Q: Is there 1:1 support inside the program?

A: You’ll have opportunities for hot seat coaching on coaching calls, plus ongoing support inside the Telegram group. If you desire deeper, personalized mentorship, you’ll have the option to upgrade to 1:1 with Kenna. This is where she can have a deeper look into your business/life/what you are struggling with and work with you on that.

Q: What results can I expect?

A: You leave The Edge with a body that feels like yours again, a self-trust so grounded it does not collapse when things get hard, a brand and presence that reflect who you actually are right now, and a life that finally feels like it belongs to you. Not because you worked harder.. but because something at the root actually changed.

You might still be wondering…

This is not for the woman who wants surface-level results.

This is for the woman who already knows she is meant for more..and is done waiting.

The next 6 months are going to pass either way. The question is.. will you spend them collecting more information? Or finally becoming the woman who trusts herself enough to do something with it?

6 monthly payments of $347, or $2,000 PIF. After your initial 6 months, you’ll have the option to stay inside The Edge at a founding member rate—to continue building, refining, and expanding within the space.
